Products– Products are ordered directly from the manufacturer or vendor. They will be shipping directly and providing tracking information. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the product or service please contact merch@beta.watchdfe.com.We appreciate your business.Returns/Cancellations
If you are ever unhappy with products or services please contact our customer service department: customerservice@beta.watchdfe.com. Any products are returnable with full refund within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
